Paul Brown

Paul Brown serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Southco since August 2008. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Federal Signal Corporation from April 2004 to August 2008, including Vice President and Controller as well as Vice President of Internal Audit. Additionally, Paul was the Vice President of Finance for the Flame Retardants division at Great Lakes Chemical Corp. from May 2000 to April 2004, overseeing a $500 million global business unit. Paul holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from London Business School (1997-1999) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Leicester (1983-1986).
