Paul Soldo

Paul Soldo is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management. Since June 2003, Paul has been a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Southco, where responsibilities include transitioning new products from design to production within an injection-molding environment. Previous roles include Project Engineer and Cost Estimator at Reiss Corporation Plastics Group, where Paul managed various injection molding programs and developed assembly work procedures. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at MDL Consulting Group, overseeing groundwater-monitoring operations and remediation projects. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island, earned in 1988.
