Rich Jones is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing global IT infrastructure, having served at Southco, Inc. since October 2007 in various roles, culminating in the position of Global IT Infrastructure Manager. Rich has been responsible for overseeing IT initiatives that ensure connectivity and security for operations worldwide. Prior experience includes roles in the British Army as a Lieutenant, where leadership and teamwork skills were developed within the Army Cadet movement, and in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, enhancing leadership capabilities as a Flying Officer. Rich holds an MBA in Executive Leadership & Management from the University of Worcester and a BSC (Hons) in Biology from The University of Manchester.
