Tom Tang

Tom Tang is the General Manager at Southco Shanghai, where they lead operations for a world-class high mix-low volume manufacturing facility. Previously, Tom held various managerial roles, including Plant Manager at Rieke Packaging System, where they successfully set up a new plant in Hang Zhou, and Manager of Parts Manufacturing at Eastman Kodak, overseeing a department with over 140 employees. Tom’s career also includes significant contributions as Operations Manager at Hi-P and process engineer at 3M. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The South China University of Technology, which they completed in 1987.
