Janice Dallacosta

Janice DallaCosta is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in oncology and clinical management. Currently serving as the Clinical Nurse Manager at Southcoast Health since March 2016, Janice played a pivotal role in establishing a Covid-19 Infusion Center, managing a team of twelve full-time employees, and developing protocols for treating Covid-19 positive patients. Previously, as an Oncology Nurse Manager, Janice oversaw a team of over twenty staff, collaborated with healthcare providers to enhance patient care, and took part in quality assurance activities. Janice's earlier experience includes managing operations at Norwood Hospital's Cancer Center and serving as an Epic Beacon Oncology Clinical Analyst at Lifespan, where contributions included redesigning chemotherapy protocols and training staff on clinical documentation systems. Janice holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration, along with Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Nursing.
