Joshua Dacosta

Joshua Dacosta is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Southcoast Health since May 2014, Joshua has contributed to a non-profit, community-based health system that encompasses multiple hospitals and health service access points in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC from May 2011 to May 2014, overseeing HR services for five healthcare facilities across three states and playing a key role in the rollout of the shared resource model. Joshua began the career as a Human Resources Generalist and later as an HR Assistant at Steward Health Care from June 2009 to April 2011. Joshua earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2009.
