Justin Gregoire

Justin Gregoire, PharmD, MBA, BCCCP, is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Infectious Disease and Pharmacy Manager at Southcoast Health since May 2007. Responsibilities include leadership in operational aspects of the Charlton Memorial Hospital inpatient pharmacy, overseeing recruitment and training of pharmacy staff, and significant participation in various committees focused on medication safety and critical care. Gregoire has extensive clinical pharmacy experience, particularly in anticoagulation management, pharmacokinetics, and pain management, and plays a crucial role in patient care and education. Additionally, Gregoire serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at MCPHS University and has held per diem staff pharmacist roles at Martha's Vineyard Hospital. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a PharmD from the University of Rhode Island.
