Peter Cohn has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Peter started their career in 2008 as an RN at Southcoast Hospitals Group, where they worked until 2016. During this period, they gained valuable experience in the field. In 2016, Peter joined Southcoast Health as a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner and later took on the role of Lead Advanced Practice Provider- Medicine Care Center in 2020. Their responsibilities in this role included improving communication, onboarding new staff, and optimizing information dissemination. In 2017, they also worked as a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth. Throughout their career, Peter has showcased their expertise and dedication in providing quality healthcare.

Peter Cohn earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Norwich University in 2008. Peter later pursued a Master of Science degree in Adult/Gerontology Acute Care from Northeastern University, completing it in 2016. Additionally, Peter has obtained various certifications including Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS).
