Robert Amaral has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT field. Robert started their career as an IT Infrastructure Manager at Leerink Swann from May 2000 to March 2009. Robert then joined Signature Consultants as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they managed and troubleshooted Cisco Core equipment and Exchange 2003 in a Windows Cluster from September 2009 to November 2009. Since November 2009, they have been working at Southcoast Health, where they have held multiple positions including Senior Systems Engineer, Senior Network Engineer, Team Lead - Storage and Systems Architecture, and currently as a Principal Enterprise Architect beginning in April 2022.
Robert Amaral is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, with an expected completion date in 2024. Robert previously obtained an Associates in Computer Information Systems from Bristol Community College, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.
