Robert Whalley

Robert Whalley, M.Sc. / CHFM / PMP has varied work experience in the field of facilities management and construction. Robert has held positions such as Plant Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Chief Engineer at Southcoast Health, and Executive Director of Facilities, Development & Construction at South County Health. Robert has also served as President and Instructor at the Massachusetts & Rhode Island School of Boiler Operations and as the owner of an upscale lounge called State Lounge.
