Traci McNeil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Traci started their career at AT&T as a Marketing Communications Manager from 1996 to 2000. Traci then worked at The Northeast Golf Company as a Director of Business Development and later as a Business Manager from 2000 to 2010. Following that, they were the Owner of Arbonne International from 2006 to 2011. Traci then joined Cathleen Naughton Associates as a Community Liaison and Director of Sales and Marketing from 2010 to 2012. Traci then established their own marketing solutions collaborative called T! Marketing Solutions, where they served as the Owner/President for a brief period in 2012. Traci joined Southcoast Health System in 2012 as a Marketing Coordinator and gradually moved up the ladder, serving as a Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and finally as the Executive Director of Brand. Their tenure at Southcoast Health lasted from 2012 until the present. Additionally, Traci owned the Kings Crossing Golf Club from 2014 to 2015.
Traci McNeil attended Bryant University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
