Phil Bailey

Phil Bailey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in materials estimation, planning, and procurement. Currently serving as the Lead Materials Estimator and Materials Planner at Southcoast Welding & Manufacturing since April 2014, Phil also contributes to Sound Lounge Studios as a Production Team A&R, Artist Developer, and Songwriter since January 2018. Previous roles include purchasing agent at Pro Spot International, Inc., purchasing manager at Marine & Restaurant Fabricators, Inc., ship fitter at NASSCO, and serving in the US Navy as QM2 in the Amphibious Construction Battalion-One from 1999 to 2004. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from National University, completed between 2011 and 2014, and studied general studies at Southwestern College from 2004 to 2005.
