James C.

James C. is the Managing Director of Acquisitions at South Coast Commercial, LLC, where they oversee the acquisition and management of multi-tenant retail properties across the southern United States. With a diverse background in retail development, architectural practice, and historic preservation, James previously served as Development Manager at Goldman Properties and held leadership roles at Seagrass Development LLC. They also have a strong educational foundation with ongoing studies in Real Estate Development at Columbia University, a BA from Wake Forest University, and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. Notably, James was instrumental in acquiring one of the largest portfolios of unanchored, open-air strip centers in the U.S. Sun Belt.
