Steve Hodge has worked at Southdown since December 2011, starting as a Housing Support Worker and progressing through various roles such as Floating Support Worker, Peer Support Project Worker, and Recovery Support Worker. Currently, Steve holds the position of Housing Assistant, Floating Support Officer, and Community Links Advisor since August 2015. Prior to this, Steve also served as a Community Links Advisor from February 2014 to August 2015. Steve's educational background includes attending Bexhill High.
