Philip Noble has extensive experience in safety and security management, currently serving as the Safety and Security Manager at Southeast Christian Church since October 2017, with an additional role as Director of Safety and Security at the same organization. Noble's previous positions include Director of Security at Southland Christian Church from July 2019 to March 2023, and Manager at LG&E and KU Energy LLC from February 2012 to May 2017. A seasoned professional with a longstanding career at the U.S. Secret Service, Noble held the title of Special Agent in Charge and managed the St. Louis Field Office from 1990 to 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and two Master's degrees in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Lindenwood University.
