Brendon Liles is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the dental industry and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Southeast Dental Partners since April 2024, Brendon previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry from August 2021 to March 2024. Brendon’s background also includes significant leadership roles at NC Pediatric Dentistry, where responsibilities spanned practice development and human resources. Additionally, Brendon’s experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sunbelt Rentals and undertaking an internship in human resources at GATR Technologies. Brendon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Business Management from PennWest Clarion, complemented by a minor in Marketing.

We founded Southeast Dental Partners in 2012 with the vision of combining all of the best aspects of a large group of providers with the traditional private practice that has thrived for so long. At that time Corporate Dentistry had started to grow a real presence in our industry, so we wanted to preserve the essence of clinician led private practices, and the voice of our fellow dentists. Since then, Dentistry has continued to change rapidly but our core mission has continued to be the same – To create independence, opportunities and balance for dentists.
