Martha Presser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employment practices and compliance. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Employment Practices at WellSky since July 2020, Martha previously held multiple leadership roles at Cerner Corporation, including Director of Employment Practices, where responsibilities encompassed global regulatory compliance and immigration programming. Additionally, Martha serves on the Board of Directors for Southeast Enterprises, advocating for meaningful employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Earlier career highlights include positions as a Contractor Attorney at Shook, Hardy & Bacon and as an Immigration Attorney at Huser Law Firm.
