Southeast Mechanical Contractors is a full service commercial air-conditioning contractor with over 40 year’s of experience. We provide HVAC design assistance and installation for the South Florida commercial, institutional, and industrial markets.

Our industry experience and expertise helps us to offer our Clients HVAC systems and operation methods that significantly improve energy efficiency, indoor comfort, air quality, and operational savings. Our organization furnishes and installs all types and major brands of HVAC equipment and controls. We also optimize equipment performance through surveys, commissioning, and system-wide analysis. Quality, training, safety and a team approach are a high priority within the organization with the ultimate goal of having a satisfied Client.

Southeast Mechanical Contractors was established in 1975 and we continue to operate with the same philosophy we did from day one. A Client driven focus was one of the founding principles that has been the driving force behind the company’s success. SMC continues to provide HVAC installations in commercial, institutional, industrial, governmental, and medical facilities throughout South Florida. Our high standard of quality for our Clients begins with our early conceptual budgets and continues throughout the Design Assist – Preconstruction Phase and then moves to the field where our focus on craftsmanship and quality provides an end result of a satisfied Client. This correlates to the fact that 90% of our work is from repeat Clients.
