Gloria Hopper has been with SEMCA since December 1996 in the role of Information Systems/Monitoring/Reporting. Using ORACLE, Gloria queries databases to analyze performance and make necessary interventions. Gloria also has experience as an Information Systems Specialist at Southeast Michigan Community Alliance and Downriver Community Conference. Prior to that, Gloria was a Case Manager Specialist. Gloria attended Romulus Senior High School from 1984 to 1987.
