Fiscal Team

The Fiscal Team at Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization. The team ensures accurate and compliant financial reporting, oversees budget development, conducts fiscal audits, and handles accounts payable and receivable to support the administration of human services programs in out-Wayne County and Monroe County.
