Workforce Development Team

The Workforce Development Team at Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) focuses on creating and managing programs designed to enhance the skills and employability of the local workforce in out-Wayne County and Monroe County. The team collaborates with businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to provide job training, employment services, and career development opportunities for youth, adults, and special populations. They aim to align workforce readiness with the needs of the local economy to foster community growth and economic development.
