Mr. Ducharme is Vice President of TG Missouri, located in Perryville. His broad spectrum of experience includes more than four decades in various leadership roles in the automotive manufacturing sector. He has served on the SoutheastHEALTH Board since 2021. Mr. Ducharme is active in the community and has collaborated with local universities to build and strengthen the region’s workforce. He had a key role in the partnership between TG Missouri and Ranken Technical College and also helped sponsor a four-year Industrial and Systems Engineering program with the state of Missouri and Southeast Missouri State University.
