Terri Johnson

Terri Johnson has extensive experience in customer service and financial services, currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at Southeast Toyota Finance since May 2021. Prior to this role, Terri worked at State Farm ® for over twelve years as a Senior Lending Specialist and Vehicle Loan Service Representative, becoming a subject matter expert in vehicle loan applications and underwriting processes. Terri's earlier career includes a position as a Subject Matter Expert at Global Payments Inc., focusing on credit card terminals, and a Customer Service Specialist role at Venture Stores, where supervisory responsibilities included training and overseeing financial operations for a team of cashiers. Terri completed education at St. Charles High School between 1976 and 1978.
