Meg Glynn

Meg Glynn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations. Currently, as the Senior Director of Advancement at Southeast Ventura County YMCA since March 2017, Meg provides strategic leadership in financial development to further the YMCA's mission. Simultaneously, Meg serves as the Director of Alumni and Volunteer Relations at Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership, focusing on alumni engagement and volunteer management. Previous experience includes directing membership and programs at Blue Star Families, where Meg significantly increased membership and implemented a new online tracking system, as well as roles at Stevenson Fitness and The Walt Disney Company, where Meg contributed to business development and employee onboarding. Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA.
