Eric Toth

Eric Toth has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1996. Eric then worked as a Financial Controller at Compaq Computers in 1999. In 2000, Eric joined Caddis Development as a CFO and Partner, and stayed until 2003. Eric then served as a Development Manager at Ram Realty Services from 2005 to 2008. Eric had a significant role at Island Global Yachting, where they started as a VP of Acquisitions in 2008 and later became the General Manager and VP of Asset Management from 2010 to 2017. Currently, Eric is the VP of Finance and Acquisitions at Southeastern Building Corporation, a position they have held since 2018.
