Melanie Graves

Melanie Graves is an experienced accountant with a strong background in various accounting functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Accountant at Southeastern Building Corporation since December 2020, Melanie previously held the position of Senior Accountant at The Mathews Company from June 2018 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing all accounting functions for multiple entities, performing month-end close activities, preparing financial reports, and identifying process improvements. Prior to that, Melanie worked at DSiCovery as an Accountant, handling accounts payable, vendor management, and accounting functions for a smaller firm. Melanie's career began as a Staff Accountant at SP+, focusing on month-end closing procedures and financial reporting. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2011.
