John Howell

John Howell has extensive experience in estimating and construction management, currently serving as Estimating Manager at Dixie-Southern since January 2018 and as Fabrication Estimating Manager at Southeastern Construction and Maintenance, Inc. since April 2012. Throughout the career, John has also held positions as Sales/Lead Estimator and Apprentice Estimator, where responsibilities included reading blueprints, analyzing specifications, and preparing competitive bids through accurate estimations of time, materials, and labor. Additionally, John has experience in maintenance work, specifically in landscaping and upkeep. Education was obtained at Polk State College.
