Jose Ortiz

Jose Ortiz is a Senior Steel Detailer at Southeastern Construction and Maintenance, Inc. since July 2015, specializing in detailed drawings for shop fabrication and field structural steel, as well as preparing supporting documentation such as bills of material. Additionally, Jose has been a Steel Detailer at Alonso & Carus Iron Works, Inc. since May 1996, focusing on detailed drawings for a variety of steel projects, including above-ground storage tanks and silos. Jose holds a certification degree in Structural Steel from Universidad de Puerto Rico and an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Instituto Tecnologico de Puerto Rico-Recinto de San Juan.
