Stephen Hedrick has extensive experience in the construction and maintenance industry, currently serving as Job Foreman at Southeastern Construction and Maintenance, Inc. since November 1996, where responsibilities include conducting safety audits and training in rigging. Prior to this role, Stephen was Plant Manager at Hull Materials from December 1993 to November 1996, overseeing production goals, equipment maintenance, and the implementation of MSHA safety plans. Stephen's earlier experience includes serving as Mechanical Superintendent at Zurn / NEPCO, where coordination of structural, pipe, and millwright activities was key, as well as roles at various companies as Rigging/Ironworker Foreman, focusing on iron hanging and lifting operations from January 1980 to October 1989. Stephen achieved education at Harrisonville High School in Missouri, graduating in 1976.
