Eric Bennett

Eric Bennett has extensive experience in the banking and lending sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Southeastern Credit Union since February 2017. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Southeastern Credit Union, including Vice President of Retail Services and Member Business Lender. Eric's background includes significant experience at Colony Bank as Vice President and Commercial Lender from October 2005 to February 2017, and as a Mortgage Lender at Park Avenue Bank from March 2003 to October 2005. Eric completed a degree in Computer Information Systems from Valdosta State University and enhanced expertise through various certifications in consumer and commercial lending at Community Bankers University. Eric also graduated from the Southeast CUNA Management School at The University of Georgia and participated in Leadership Lowndes in 2016.
