Jessica Bickett, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resource Generalist at Southeastern Electric Cooperative, Inc., since December 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Director of Human Resources and Sr. Business Strategist at Lawrence & Schiller from August 2015 to December 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Internal Auditor for the City of Sioux Falls, where audits were conducted on various city departments and management was consulted on risk mitigation strategies, and as a Client Services Manager at Lutheran Social Services of SD, overseeing operations staff and providing counseling on financial management. Jessica Bickett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Southwest Minnesota State University.
