Brooke Rice

Brooke Rice has a diversified work experience in various industries. Brooke started their career in 2004 as a Marketing Coordinator at Global iNet Marketing, where they worked on website design, coordinated trade shows, and designed marketing materials. In 2005, they became a Store Manager at Abercrombie and Fitch, where they managed employees and maintained store standards. Brooke then joined Stein Mart, where they worked as an Assistant Buyer and later as a Merchandise Planner, responsible for creating sales and inventory plans. In 2014, Brooke joined Southeastern Grocers, holding several roles including Strategic Sourcing Manager, Director of Strategic Sourcing, Director of Own Brands Product Development, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Own Brands.

Brooke Rice earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Marketing from Florida State University between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended The Bolles School from 1993 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2022.
