Doug Houser

Doug Houser is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information systems management, particularly in HR and payroll systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT at Southeastern Grocers since October 2014, Doug oversees corporate systems and IT supply chain initiatives. Prior to this role, Doug worked at UPMC as Senior Manager of ISD HRMS Systems, managing a range of PeopleSoft applications. Additional experience includes serving as Project Lead for Siemens Shared Services, focusing on PeopleSoft HRMS projects, and as Senior Systems Analyst at Tupperware Brands, where Doug led various HR project initiatives. Doug holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Grove City College.
