Julia Costello

Julia Costello has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management, currently serving as Total Rewards Program Manager at Southeastern Grocers since March 2016, after progressing through various roles within the company. Previous experience includes Compensation Analyst positions at GNC and General Nutrition Centers, where Julia administered compensation programs and contributed to payroll processing for over 3,000 stores across the US and Canada. Early career experience involves roles as an Administrative Assistant and Guest Service Associate, building foundational skills in customer service and administrative support. Julia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
