Nancy Shray

Nancy Shray has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nancy began their career at Florida Blue in 2001 as a Data Architect/Technical Project Manager, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and creating infrastructure designs. Nancy later became a Senior Technical Manager at the same company, overseeing the development of an agent-facing website. In 2003, they moved on to Meridian Technologies, where they served as a Delivery Manager, implementing a hybrid software process methodology and managing a data warehouse conversion project. In 2010, they joined Southeastern Grocers as a Senior IT Manager, responsible for implementing Azure Cloud technologies and leading integration architecture solutions for a large store merger. In 2023, they were promoted to Director, Enterprise Integration at the same company.

Nancy Shray has studied Business Administration and Management and Computer Information Systems at Jacksonville University. Additionally, they have attended the University of Florida, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for their time there.
