Ryan G.

Ryan G. is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in multi-unit HR leadership. From June 2016 to June 2022, Ryan served as a Senior Manager of Field Human Resources at Southeastern Grocers, overseeing HR strategies for over 92 retail stores and more than 8,500 associates across multiple states. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner, where Ryan focused on talent development and performance management. Prior to Southeastern Grocers, Ryan worked at Omnitracs as an HR Business Partner, at Louisiana Health Cooperative, Inc. as Director of Human Resources, and at Audubon Nature Institute as HR Manager. Ryan began the HR career at Target as an HR Manager and Regional Intern. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University and completed an immersion course with Dale Carnegie Training in May 2023.
