Kelly Bacon Rose, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Payroll at Southeastern Retina Associates since July 2021. Previously, Kelly held a role in Talent and Human Resources at South College from April 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience includes positions at TeamHealth, where responsibilities included serving as Scheduling Manager for the Southeast Region and Chart Capture Operations Manager, as well as roles in recruitment at ARG Professional Services and related divisions. Kelly's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources from Tusculum University.
