Jo Goode MCIPD is currently the People Partner and Org Development Lead at Southeastern Railway, a position held since 2021. From 1997 to 2016, Jo worked as a Driver Leader at Groupe Eurotunnel and served in various roles, including HR Development Manager and Training Operations Manager. Jo's prior experience includes being a Train Driver and Driver Trainer at Eurotunnel from 1996 to 1999, as well as working as a Counsellor at NRCS from 2009 to 2012. Jo earned an MA in Human Resources Management from Manchester Open Learning between 2014 and 2016 and holds a diploma in Mental Health Counseling from Thanet College, completed in 2009. Jo is currently engaged in further studies at Selhurst Consulting.
