Paul Barlow is an international transport and infrastructure CFO with extensive experience in the UK and European markets. They have served in various financial leadership roles, including Group Financial Controller at Balfour Beatty plc and Finance Director at Southeastern Trains, where they contributed to the company winning the 'Rail Business of the Year' award. Paul has lived in Spain and Germany, speaking both languages fluently, and has a comprehensive understanding of the corporate growth cycle, from launching businesses to managing strategic cost reductions. Currently, they are a member of the Audit & Risk Committee for London North Eastern Railway.
