Gary Kinard

Gary Kinard is the Chief Financial Officer for Southeastrans. Gary joined Southeastrans in 2008 and is responsible for all financial operations and audits that are conducted by the IRS, US Department of Labor, OIG, State and local Department of Revenue, and various regulatory agencies. He is also responsible for the fiscal policy of the company and strategic planning; as well as oversight of the claims management, accounting, and audit departments. Gary’s background includes over 25 years experience in Finance and over 7 years medical experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (West Georgia Ambulance Service & Grady Health Systems) and Disaster Medical Assistants Team Co-Coordinator (U.S. Department of Public Health and Human Services). In addition to his responsibilities at Southeastrans, he serves his community as a Trustee of the University of West Georgia Foundation.

Gary earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from the University of West Georgia.
