Anne Power

Anne Power is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching English, ESOL, and German. Since December 2008, Anne has served as an English and ESOL Tutor at Southend Adult Community College, where responsibilities include course planning, lesson delivery, and student assessment. Anne also taught German to primary school children at St. Michael's Church of England School from 1997 to 2022 and worked as an Associate Lecturer in German at South Essex College from 2006 to 2013. Prior experience includes conducting advanced German classes for HMRC employees and providing EAL support at Thorpe Hall School. Anne holds several qualifications in teaching, including a City & Guilds Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector and a Trinity College London CertTesol.
