Jan Richardson

Jan Richardson serves as a Careers Support professional at Southend Adult Community College since November 2019, focusing on engaging employers for career-related events and workshops. Previously, Jan held the role of Business Admin Assessor, where assessment methods included observations and professional discussions. At TheLightBulb from February to August 2019, Jan worked as a Learning Coach for learners pursuing a Level 5 apprenticeship in Learning and Development.
