Lucy Penn

Lucy Penn is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as a Learner Services Assistant at Southend Adult Community College since September 2022, Lucy previously worked as a Young Adult Volunteer Worker at SAVS and gained foundational skills at Starbucks and Cardzone, where responsibilities included cash management and visual merchandising. Additional experience includes roles in hospitality and retail at organizations such as HQ Theatres & Hospitality, Monkey Bizness Franchising, Mountain Warehouse, WHSmith, and Costa Coffee. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The Open University and has completed education at King Edward VI College and Hartshill High School.
