Liz Farrell

Liz Farrell is an experienced Head of People at Southend Care since May 2022. Prior to this role, Liz served as HR Service Manager at Southend on Sea Borough Council from January 2018 to April 2022, and as Advisory Services Team Manager at Southend Council from April 2009 to December 2017. Liz has a strong background in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance. Liz holds CIPD qualifications and a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Employment Law from Anglia Ruskin University.
