Zachary Mathews is an experienced electrical designer and software developer with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently the Owner and Revit Add-In Developer at BIM.TOOLS, Zachary has developed a Revit add-in for real-time illuminance calculation using Vulkan raytracing and implemented automated software testing with the Catch2 framework. Previously, Zachary held multiple roles at Southern A&E, LLC, including Electrical Designer II and BIM Specialist, focusing on documentation and optimization of lighting and electrical systems in educational and recreational facilities. Early career experience includes the position of Residential Technology Adviser at Wreck Techs, where Zachary provided technical support and resolved network issues.
