Alex Riser

Alex Riser has a diverse work experience in the agricultural and real estate industries. Starting in 2011, Alex worked as a Certified Land Specialist at Tom Smith Land and Homes until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Alex worked at Mossy Oak Properties as a Land Specialist, where they specialized in selling recreational, timber, agriculture, and farm land. Additionally, Alex was responsible for marketing and designing a new website for the company. Following this, Alex worked as a Managing Broker at 4 Corner Properties from 2014 to 2015, overseeing 13 agents across Mississippi and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and policies. In 2015, Alex joined Southern Ag Credit as a Loan Officer, and later became an Assistant Vice President. Currently, Alex holds the position of Vice President and Branch Manager at Southern Ag Credit, starting in 2021.

Alex Riser completed an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration at Pearl River Community College from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Belhaven University. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Belhaven University between 2012 and 2014. Furthermore, Alex obtained certifications as a Certified Land Specialist from Mossy Oak Properties in 2014 and as a Licensed Real Estate Agency from the Jackson Area Association of Realtors (JAAR) in 2011.
