David Own

David Own is currently the Manager of Supply Management at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Prior to this role, David held various positions such as Principal Consultant at Just in Mind Consulting, Purchasing Manager at Chatters Limited Partnership, and Senior Manager of IT Asset Management at Canadian Tire Corporation. With a Bachelor's degree in Applied International Business & Supply Chain Management from MacEwan University, David has a strong background in procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing across multiple industries.
