Elle Purnell

Elle Purnell is an experienced talent advisor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) since May 2021, specializing in high volume recruitment across diverse roles within unionized and non-unionized environments. Prior experience at SAIT includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist, Administrative Assistant in the School of Transportation, Assistant to the Deans in the School of Construction, and Training Coordinator. Prior to SAIT, Elle served as an Administrative Assistant at Spencer Stuart, enhancing executive recruitment processes, and as a Program Administrative Assistant, providing exceptional support to academic programs. Elle’s career began at Coast Capital Savings as a Procurement Assistant, where administrative leadership was demonstrated in corporate purchasing and travel management. Elle holds a Social Work Diploma from Mount Royal University.
