Nicole Ingwersen is an experienced digital marketing and communications professional with a strong background in digital strategy and web content management. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Strategy at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) since January 2012, Nicole has progressed through various roles including Digital Communications Strategist and Web Content Coordinator, overseeing social media strategy and content performance. Prior to SAIT, Nicole was an Online News Producer at Global News, where significant contributions were made to transitioning the news organization to a digital-first model. Nicole's education includes certifications in digital marketing and web development, along with a Bachelor of Communications Studies from the University of Calgary.
