Tanya Tam

Tanya Tam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and design within the construction and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Major Capital Projects at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) since September 2021, Tanya has held various roles within the institution, including Acting Director and Program Manager. Prior to SAIT, Tanya served as the Manager of Project Management at the Calgary Board of Education and worked as a Senior Project Manager at SAIT. Previous experience includes positions as Construction Coordinator at Pembina Pipeline Corporation and Commercial Interior Designer at B+H Architects, as well as Interior Designer roles at Habitar and Shaw Communications. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Interior Design from Mount Royal University.
